We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Air ticketing executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for travel and excellent customer service skills.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Air Ticketing role located in Hyderabad. The Air Ticketing professional will manage flight bookings for clients, assist with itinerary planning, handle ticket cancellations and modifications, and ensure compliance with airline policies. Additional responsibilities include providing accurate fare quotations, maintaining client satisfaction, and addressing any ticketing-related queries or concerns professionally and efficiently.Qualifications- Proficiency in airline reservation systems and ticketing tools - Knowledge of fare calculation, ticket issuance, and refund processes - Strong customer service and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data entry - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Tourism, Travel, or a related field - Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
