Job Title: Air Ticketing Executive– FIT/GIT/Leisure/Corporate/MICE Location: Malad, Mumbai Department: OperationsJob Overview: We are hiring an experienced Air Ticketing Executive for our Operations team. The role involves handling domestic & international ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and fare quoting using Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. You will work closely with travel agents and corporate clients, ensuring efficient and accurate ticketing support. Key Responsibilities: · Issue, reissue & cancel air tickets (domestic & international) via GDS. · Provide best fare quotes and manage refunds as per airline policies. · Handle schedule changes, group bookings, and special airline requests. · Resolve ADM/ACM disputes with finance & airline teams. · Support Sales team/partners via phone, email, and internal systems. · Stay updated with airline policies and promotions. Requirements: · 2 - 5 years of ticketing experience. · Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is mandatory. · Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, and refund procedures. · Excellent communication & multitasking skills.Contact us: · hrd@karotrip.com
