Role Description

Travelogy is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Ticketing Executive will handle end-to-end ticketing operations, including booking, issuing, and canceling air tickets for domestic and international travel. Responsibilities also include assisting customers with itinerary planning, ensuring accurate and timely communication, and providing excellent customer service. The role entails staying updated on airline schedules, fare rules, and ticketing policies to optimize customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ticketing operations, including handling booking systems and managing reservations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to assist clients with travel queries and arrangements
  • Knowledge of international and domestic air travel rules and regulations
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to adapt to ticketing software
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Graduate degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or relevant field preferred
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
