Ticket Booking Executive

The Ticket Booking Coordinator will be responsible for handling all ticket reservations, booking requests, scheduling, and internal Communication. The role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ticket booking requests for travel, events, or client requirements (flight, train, bus, hotel, etc.).
- Maintain booking records, schedules, and confirmation details.
- Communicate with team regarding booking status, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve issues related to ticket availability, rescheduling, or incorrect bookings.
- Prepare daily/weekly booking reports.
- Manage urgent or last-minute bookings calmly and efficiently.
Skills & Requirements
- Good knowledge of ticketing portals (IRCTC, airline portals, travel apps, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive requests.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
