Shopper Marketing Associate – Listing & Organic Visibility

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Shopper Marketing Associate to support listing creation, ensure timely coordination with internal teams for data and creative assets, and enhance organic visibility through effective keyword mining. This role is essential for smooth execution of marketing deployments and maximizing online shopper engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage product listings across various e-commerce and retail platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, sales, and creative to gather required data, assets, and approvals for deployment.
  • Optimize listings for organic search visibility by conducting keyword mining and applying SEO best practices.
  • Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to enhance shopper engagement and conversion.
  • Support the Shopper Marketing team in ensuring timely and accurate content rollout.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools.
  • Attention to detail for managing listings and content accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like email
  • Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related functions preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely and accurate listing deployments.
  • Improvement in organic visibility and keyword rankings.
  • Effective coordination and communication with internal teams.
