Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. Daily tasks include prospecting, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves continuous collaboration with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and delivering high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in identifying and acquiring new clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Understanding of IT and software services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the software or technology consulting industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
