Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX/UI Designer Lead located in New Delhi. The UX/UI Designer Lead will be responsible for leading the design team in creating user-centric web and mobile applications. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the research and design process, developing wireframes and prototypes, conducting user testing, and ensuring design consistency across all products. The role requires collaboration with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in UX design, UI design, and creating wireframes and prototypes
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a design team
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or startup industry is a plus
