About RupeeQ:

Rupeeq is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with around 1 year of experience to craft intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to design user interfaces that are both functional and delightful, ensuring a seamless user journey across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product requirements into elegant design solutions.


• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.


• Maintain design consistency through adherence to brand guidelines and UI standards.


• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.


• Assist in developing user personas, journey maps, and design documentation.


• Optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices.

Required Skills & Competencies:


• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.


• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.


• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks (a plus).


• Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


• Openness to feedback and ability to iterate designs quickly.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
