Key Responsibilities User Experience (UX) ● Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify user needs. ● Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps. ● Identify usability issues and propose thoughtful design solutions. ● Participate in usability testing and iterate based on feedback. User Interface (UI) ● Design clean, modern, and visually consistent interfaces. ● Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. ● Ensure responsive and mobile-first design across all platforms. ● Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation. Collaboration & Process ● Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. ● Present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine solutions. ● Maintain organized design files and documentation. ● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio. ● Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. ● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. ● Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. ● Strong visual design skills (layout, color, typography). ● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. ● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) ● Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. ● Knowledge of usability testing tools. ● Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). ● Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
