About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled
UI/UX Designer
with a strong foundation in
user-centered design principles
to drive impactful digital experiences across our eCommerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of
creative problem-solving
and
strategic design thinking
, with a proven track record in designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for high-traffic web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end design process
    from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery of UI assets.
  • Translate
    business goals
    and
    user needs
    into intuitive, elegant, and engaging user interfaces.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to deliver
    scalable and conversion-driven designs
    .
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure
    consistency across all digital touchpoints
    .
  • Use
    user behavior analytics
    and usability testing insights to refine and optimize designs continuously.
  • Stay current with eCommerce design trends, tools, and technology to inform design thinking and execution.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from the
    National Institute of Design (NID)
    or a
    B.Tech degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
    .
  • 3–5 years
    of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within
    eCommerce, D2C, or consumer tech platforms
    .
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    high-impact UI/UX solutions
    across responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
    , and prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.
  • Solid understanding of
    information architecture, UX research methodologies, and usability principles
    .
  • Experience working in
    agile environments
    and collaborating cross-functionally with tech and business stakeholders.
  • A strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail, layout, typography, and color usage aligned with brand guidelines.
