Role Summary:

UI/UX Designer will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual interface of our digital products. You will lead the design process from conception to execution, conducting in-depth user research, creating user flows, and designing high-fidelity interfaces and animations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of enhancing user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design projects for web-based SaaS and CRM platforms.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, including user interviews, to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Create engaging animations and micro-interactions to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to translate business requirements and technical constraints into elegant, user-friendly designs.
  • Spearhead design initiatives, present concepts to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
  • Ensure all designs maintain consistency, accessibility, and a high standard of visual quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Skilled in Figma & Adobe Suite
  • Designs banners, PPTs & web/mobile UI
  • Builds wireframes, prototypes & flows
  • Experience in E-commerce, websites & apps
  • Strong in visual design & UX research
  • Good at collaboration & multitasking
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS(plus)
