About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud to align with business requirements.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

- Implement and manage Workflows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and Flow Automations.

- Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, performance, and application logic.

- Collaborate closely with Administrators, QA Engineers, Architects, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices, recommending enhancements where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and Integration frameworks (MuleSoft preferred).

- Sound knowledge of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment strategies (Change Sets, CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly preferred
