About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce platform to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to build scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications, automate workflows, and integrate Salesforce with external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

- Build and customize workflows, process builders, validation rules, triggers, and scheduled jobs.

- Develop integrations between Salesforce and other third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and technical reviews.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to Salesforce best practices.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize configurations and declarative tools.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and custom UI components using Visualforce and Lightning Experience.

- Maintain documentation for developed solutions and ensure compliance with governance policies.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide technical support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proficient in Apex programming language and Visualforce page development.

- Experience with Lightning components (Aura and Lightning Web Components) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Expertise in Salesforce declarative features : Workflow, Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools like Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, or Salesforce DX.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
