About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs.

You will collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes using Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements.

- Support data migration, data management, and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.

- Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivery cycles.


Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Proven experience 5+ as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud modules.

- Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and database management concepts.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
