Key Responsibilities :

Agentforce (Salesforce AI) :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents leveraging Salesforce Agentforce.

- Build and maintain intelligent conversational workflows using Prompt Engineering and Intent Recognition techniques.

- Integrate AI agents with CRM workflows, Apex classes, and external REST/SOAP APIs to automate processes and enhance customer experience.

- Implement and manage the Einstein Trust Layer to ensure robust data security, governance, and compliance.

- Monitor and analyze AI agent performance metrics; perform fine-tuning for accuracy and responsiveness.

- Manage and optimize Agent Actions, ensuring contextual, human-like interactions and seamless automation across systems.

Salesforce Data Cloud :

- Design and implement data models, harmonization, and identity resolution processes to unify multi-source customer data.

- Manage data ingestion from various systems both batch and streaming ensuring reliability and consistency.

- Build and manage segments, audiences, and activation rules to deliver personalized customer experiences.

- Enable real-time personalization and activation across Salesforce channels (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds).

- Ensure full compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.

- Utilize SQL and Query Builder for advanced data transformation, validation, and analytics.

- Work with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, and Search Index/Retrievers for optimized data access and retrieval.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform Architecture (Apex, LWC, Flows).

- Expertise in Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Patterns, and OAuth Authentication.

- Familiarity with AI model training, prompt design, and LLM orchestration.

- Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and Data Transformation Pipelines.

- Knowledge of CRM Analytics, Event Relays, and Customer Graphs will be a plus.
