Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or industry segments.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visit clients regularly for product demonstration, negotiation, and feedback.
3.Technical Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and service teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Provide input for product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Prepare and review technical quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Assist in project follow-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting if required.
4.Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status.
- Submit regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis reports.
- Ensure all documentation and communication comply with company policies.
Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial product marketing.
- Strong technical understanding of the company's products and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
