Quality Checker- Menswear Garment Industry

We are a growing company in the menswear garment sector, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Quality Checker who has a keen eye for detail and hands-on experience in garment inspection, particularly in menswear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks at various stages of garment production (stitching, finishing, packing)
  • Inspect garments as per company quality standards and buyer specifications
  • Identify, record, and report defects in stitching, measurements, trims, and overall finishing
  • Ensure garments meet AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards before shipment
  • Coordinate with production and sampling teams to resolve quality issues effectively
  • Maintain detailed inspection reports and daily quality status records
  • Assist in inline and final inspections to ensure product quality consistency
  • Provide constructive feedback to tailors, pressmen, and finishing teams for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in garment quality control (menswear preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and finishing techniques
  • Familiarity with AQL inspection standards and garment testing protocols
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong observation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines
  • Good communication and reporting skills; strong team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
