Business Development Manager – Garment Industry

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the menswear garment sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our brand presence in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new markets, clients, and partnerships to expand business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and marketing teams to align business goals with customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals to maximize revenue.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the garment or apparel industry (menswear preferred).
  • Strong network in retail, distribution, or fashion industry will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
