We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant Operations Manager to work closely with the Director and support in managing all operational activities of our Menswear Garment Division. The candidate will oversee day-to-day office operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth workflow across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in managing and supervising day-to-day business operations.
  • Coordinate between departments such as Production, Warehouse, Marketing, Design, Accounts, and Admin.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and as per company standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth team coordination.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update the Director on key operational matters.
  • Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and clients as required.
  • Assist in planning and implementing new operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Handle inventory tracking, order management, and dispatch monitoring.
  • Support HR in attendance, scheduling, and performance tracking of the team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while assisting the Director in all business activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the garment/apparel industry.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional attitude, attention to detail, and team leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
