Overview:

We are seeking a
Results-driven IBM Maximo Architect Consultant
with over 10 years of experience in
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
across various sectors, including utilities, oil & gas, and manufacturingble for designing and delivering large-scale EAM transformation programs, leveraging IBM Maximo/MAS 8.x–9.x and related platforms to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    architecture, design, and implementation
    of EAM solutions using
    IBM Maximo / MAS 8–9
    .
  • Define
    solution roadmaps
    , integration strategies, and performance frameworks for enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to align EAM solutions
  • Integrate Maximo with
    ERP, CRM, GIS (ESRI), IoT, Mobile, and Analytics
    systems.
  • Drive
    AI-enabled predictive maintenance
    initiatives leveraging
    , Maximo Mobile, and Visual Inspection
    .
  • Manage end-to-end EAM delivery and presales engagements across global programs.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across cloud and hybrid environments (
    AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, OpenShift
    ).

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • EAM Expertise:
    IBM Maximo (7.6.x, MAS 8/9), Hexagon EAM, KloudGin FSM
  • Technical Proficiency:
    REST APIs, Java/Python, SQL, Oracle, DB2, IBM MQ
  • Project Management:
    Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies; tools like JIRA, MS Project
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Utilities/ Oil & Gas/Manufacturing
  • Cloud & Emerging Tech:
    , Maximo Mobile, OpenShift, GenAI/LLMs
