Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to drive student enrollments and revenue growth for our EdTech products. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their needs, presenting suitable programs, and converting leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate should be target-driven and comfortable selling educational solutions over calls and virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
Conduct product counselling and virtual demos
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Update and manage leads in CRM systems
Handle objections, negotiate, and close enrollment
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead optimization
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Academic Counselling (EdTech preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Fluency in English and at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)
Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in EdTech sales or student counselling
Familiarity with online courses, certification programs, or upskilling platforms
