Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Architect
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to translate concepts into well-detailed working drawings and site executions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural projects from concept to execution.
  • Prepare detailed
    architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and working drawings
    .
  • Collaborate with the design and interior teams to ensure seamless integration of architecture and interiors.
  • Conduct
    site visits
    to monitor progress, quality, and design implementation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and presentation boards as required.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and client communication effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
    (B.Arch / M.Arch).
  • 1–5 years
    of professional experience (depending on position level).
  • Strong proficiency in
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/V-Ray, and MS Office
    .
  • Excellent understanding of design detailing and execution processes.
  • Strong visualization and presentation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently or within a team.
