Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Marketing Trainee based in Navi Mumbai. The Marketing Trainee will assist with daily marketing operations, including conducting market research, supporting the development of marketing strategies, and engaging with potential clients. The candidate will be expected to help maintain excellent customer relationships while providing feedback for improving sales and marketing effectiveness. The role involves working closely with teams to ensure the successful execution of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends for better marketing insights.
  • A foundational understanding of sales and marketing strategies to support the development of effective campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in learning to enhance marketing results.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and be available for immediate joining.
