Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Field Application Engineer with a background in Electrical/Electronics to join our dynamic team. This is a field-based role ideal for freshers who are passionate about customer service, technology and electrical solutions. You will act as the face of the company at client sites, addressing queries, performing basic troubleshooting and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer sites on a daily basis to provide support and address product-related queries.

Interact with clients professionally and offer basic technical assistance or guidance.

Collaborate with the internal technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions or escalate when necessary.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Support installation teams and field technicians during onsite activities.

Prepare basic visit reports and feedback summaries for internal records.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related stream.

Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Mandatory).

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Basic understanding of electrical concepts and circuits.

Willingness to travel extensively on a daily basis.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Friendly, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

Nice to Have:

Basic hands-on experience with electrical tools or home automation products.

Ability to document site visits and communicate updates effectively.
