JD - Assistant Manager - Marketing

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The position has the overall responsibility for carrying out all brand building & marketing initiatives
  • Planning and executing various events & promotional activities, resulting into increased footfalls and customer conversions for the retailers.
  • Devise marketing strategies to counter competition and attract customers with unique value propositions.
  • Coordinating with advertising agencies, media planning, event agencies, managing publicity campaigns, monitoring annual budgets etc.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for corporate tie-ups & Strategic alliances & co branding activities
  • Catchment engagement & local marketing initiatives
  • Analysis of the efficacy of the marketing programme.
  • Monthly review of the marketing initiatives & incorporate correctives measures
  • Retailer driven marketing initiative
  • Managing in mall communication
