Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) including targeting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns for better results
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals and videos
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice
  • Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements to the social media strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
  • Experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
