Reports To: Production Manager/Senior Production Engineer

Position Overview:

  • The Junior Production Engineer will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring the
  • smooth and efficient manufacturing of products, and working with the production team to resolve any
  • technical or operational issues. The role involves monitoring production lines, assisting with equipment
  • maintenance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily production activities.

 Support the production team in optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

 Perform routine inspections of production equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order.

 Maintain production records, logs, and reports as required by management.

 Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines during production

activities.

 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean manufacturing, process

optimization).

 Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components to ensure smooth production flow.

 Provide support to senior production engineers in day-to-day operations and special projects.

 Participate in team meetings to discuss production schedules, performance, and improvements.

Skills:

 Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production planning.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to work well in a team and under supervision..

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in a production setting.

Working Conditions:

 Work in a factory/production environment.

 Regular exposure to machines, production equipment, and potentially noisy environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
