Job Title: Senior QA Call Center
Location: Remote
Department: Quality & Operations
Working Days: 6 days Rotational Shift Permanent Night Shift
Reports To: Head of Operations & Managing Director
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst (QA) Call Center to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of customer interactions across inbound and outbound processes. The role will focus on driving call quality, compliance, and customer experience standards, while also mentoring junior QA team members and collaborating with operations to implement process improvements that positively impact lead conversion and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit calls, chats, and emails to evaluate adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Identify gaps in sales pitch, product knowledge, and soft skills to improve customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to design and implement quality frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain QA scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for management visibility.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to call center agents to improve performance.
- Identify process bottlenecks, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Training, and Operations) to ensure alignment of quality standards with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in call quality, compliance, and customer handling.
- Support in training material development and facilitate sessions where needed.
- Mentor junior QA Analysts and contribute to building a scalable QA function.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of call center operations (inbound/outbound) and QA frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proven expertise in call monitoring tools, CRM systems, and QA scorecards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide feedback effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on customer experience, compliance, and revenue enablement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in call center quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead QA role.
- Experience in sales call monitoring and revenue-impacting QA processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QA monitoring tools, and CRM platforms.
