About the Role

Were seeking QA/Test Engineers (3-20 years) with expertise in automation, manual testing, performance testing, and quality engineering. You will design and execute test plans, build automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality product releases for enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities (Scale with Level)

Professional (3-5 Yrs)

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
• Test APIs and microservices using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and testing metrics.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and fix defects.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.

Mid-Level (5-10 Yrs)

• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Conduct performance, load, and security testing.
• Integrate testing workflows into DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Mentor junior QA engineers and enforce best QA practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to define acceptance criteria.
• Introduce test data management and automation at scale.

Senior/Leadership Yrs)

• Lead quality engineering strategy and testing automation initiatives.
• Drive shift-left testing and continuous quality practices.
• Define enterprise QA standards, frameworks, and governance models.

Qualifications
