Background:

We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ASP.Net to lead the design,

development, and optimization of software systems and provide expert-level guidance to development teams. The

ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and a strong problem-solving mindset to contribute to complex

projects in a fast-paced environment.

Scope of Work:

  1. Create a course structure for a certificate program each for ASP.Net with 4, 4, and 3 courses each respectively.

  2. Each course will have a minimum of 55 total modules with 3-6 modules per course, and around 3-5 lessons per

module.

  1. Create program-level learning objectives for professional certificate courses. The number of objectives

will depend on the level - beginner, intermediate, or advanced - and the type of certification course.

  1. Review/create course-level learning objectives aligned with the overall certification goal.

  2. Review/create module-level learning objectives based on skill development relevant to the TGs career track.

  3. Review/create Course Outlines for each of the courses.

  4. Review video scripts and confirm technical accuracy of the content, suggest edits and updates as required.

Re-write content and codes as needed. Incorporate one round of internal and client feedback.

  1. Record talking head Vignette videos (onsite/virtually on Zoom) for each lesson. Incorporate one round of

internal and client feedback.

  1. Provide screencast demos to be integrated in the videos. Check the codes and technical accuracy before

providing the demos for integration. Incorporate one round of internal and client feedback.

  1. For AI/software/tool-based courses, suggest relevant freeware. Write/review and test the codes to check.

  2. Create/review 2-3 readings per lesson (why, what and and how, 1500 words maximum per reading). The

How readings should have detailed instructions/screenshots with short code block type practice that learners can

do in their local environment.

  1. Create One Coach item per lesson - review/reflect on key ideas

  2. Create/review an ungraded lab or hands-on activity per lesson - in-depth activity to apply skills in the

learner's local environment.

  1. Create/review practice quizzes for each lesson and suggest suitable edits, confirm technical accuracy.

Incorporate one round of internal and client feedback.

  1. Create module-level graded assessments Each assessment to have 10 base questions with 2 question

variations and feedback.

  1. Create course-level graded assessments that meet ACE recommendation requirements with 4+ graded per

course, including at least one hands-on project with 2 additional variations to each item in an assessment bank for

each course.

  1. Create hands-on activities (3-4 lab or any other client preferred format) per course. Incorporate one round of

internal and client feedback.

  1. Create a minimum of one 3-5 min career resources video per course that showcases career path

planning.

  1. For all reviews - validate the content accuracy and provide recommendations/suggestions, write/re-write to fill

content gaps as necessary, write/test codes and labs, incorporate 1 round of internal feedback and 2 rounds of

client feedback.

  1. Be available for client discussions and content discussions as and when required.
