About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and grow our community across platforms. If you can blend aesthetics with analytics, trends with strategy, and memes with metrics — this role is for you. You'll be responsible for setting the tone of our brand online, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy – Develop and execute a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Content Calendar – Plan and oversee content creation, ensuring brand consistency in tone, style, and aesthetics.
  • Team Management – Lead and mentor interns, content creators, and external collaborators (influencers, agencies).
  • Campaign Execution – Plan and run campaigns for product launches, sales, and seasonal events with a strong focus on virality and engagement.
  • Community Engagement – Build and nurture relationships with followers, handle DMs, comments, and drive conversations around the brand.
  • Analytics & Growth – Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), prepare monthly reports, and refine strategy based on insights.
  • Trendspotting – Stay updated with pop culture, fashion trends, and emerging digital platforms to keep the brand relevant.
  • Influencer & UGC Marketing – Collaborate with influencers and creators to expand reach and authenticity.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest algorithms.
  • Experience in performance-driven marketing (tracking ROI on campaigns, ad spends is a plus).
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Eye for design & branding (basic Canva/Photoshop skills are a bonus, not mandatory).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for fashion, fast-moving trends, and community building.
