Job Description Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness through various social media channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-8 years of experience in social media management or similar roles in Healthcare, FMCG, Retail or Services Sector.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
