We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our growing TaaS team. Due to the significant increase in performance engineering and testing needs related to new Oracle cloud and on-premise integrations, simulator testing, and multiple concurrent releases, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability and scalability before go-live. This position is essential for the load testing of Oracle Cloud Application builds and their integration with various other applications.

The selected consultant will leverage 6+ years of strong experience in Performance Testing and Engineering to strengthen our capabilities, align with Oracle's testing standards, and help achieve performance optimization goals.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard performance testing tools, including:
    • HP LoadRunner
    • Apache JMeter
    • Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in protocols such as HTTP/HTML, Web, and FTP.
    • Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools like NewRelic, Grafana, ELK Stack, Glowroot, and SQL monitoring tools.
    • Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting performance data (AWR reports, GC logs, thread dumps).
  • Methodology: Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multi-functional teams to drive root cause analysis of performance issues.
