1. Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)

Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations in the assigned section (Cookies, Continental, or Laminated Dough)
  • Ensure quality and consistency in preparation and presentation
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff and Commis
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with store/purchase teams
  • Contribute to menu planning and recipe standardization

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in baking and continental cuisine
  • Experience handling laminated dough (croissants, danishes, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and HACCP practices

2. Position: Commi 1

Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist CDP in preparation and cooking for the assigned section
  • Maintain ingredient mise en place and assist with daily prep
  • Follow hygiene standards and food safety protocols
  • Ensure proper storage and labelling of kitchen supplies
  • Support in cleaning and organizing the kitchen workstation

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in cookies, continental dishes, or laminated dough
  • Eagerness to learn and grow under supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
