Staff Software Engineer UI Developer

**Summary* We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff UI Developer with 10-13 years of hands-on expertise in Angular UI development and UI framework design. Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components using Angular (latest versions) .
• Architect and implement reusable UI frameworks and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product owners to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize UI performance and maintain high code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Integrate UI with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers , fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams , ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership, driving initiatives, and bringing the team along towards common goals.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
• Deep expertise in Angular architecture , components, services, RxJS, and state management (e.g., NgRx).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing UI frameworks and reusable components.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript .
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs , JSON , and backend integration.
• Good understanding of backend technologies (e.g., , Java, .NET) and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and work effectively in a global team environment .
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Thorough understand of UI Test Automation
