About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer & UI Developer who can design and implement elegant, intuitive, and secure user interfaces for our financial products. This role bridges design and developmentperfect for someone who enjoys owning the entire journey from concept to functional product.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design thinking and front-end development, and who has an eye for both visual detail and technical precision.

Key Responsibilities

Design (UI/UX):

  • Design, Develop and maintenance of company websites.
  • Developing Product icons and videos for product demo.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing SEO.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and translate findings into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing UI layouts for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Iterate on designs based on usability testing and project members/ decision makers feedback.

Development (UI):

  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant, and accessible web interfaces.
  • Implement front-end components using modern frameworks using Javascript, Angular, Rest API's etc
  • Integrate with APIs and handle secure data display and user interactions.
  • Optimize front-end performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and consistent data handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-6 years of combined experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular or similar framework.
  • Experience designing data-heavy dashboards, analytics tools, or financial platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., , , Highcharts) is a plus.
  • Awareness of financial UI patterns, security best practices, and regulatory design constraints.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech products such as payments, trading, wealth management, or lending.
  • Exposure to Design Systems or Component Libraries.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance (KYC, AML), and secure UX principles.

Note: We are purely working from office. We have 2 Saturdays off in a month.
