About the Role:

We are seeking a
UI/UX Developer
to join our product development team focused on a healthcare analytics solution. In this role, you will be responsible for
developing intuitive user interfaces
, enhancing the performance of existing UI pages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

You will work closely with teams using
ETL processes (SSIS)
and
Power BI
as the reporting layer. A strong understanding of performance optimization, UI design principles, and user-centric development is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web-based healthcare applications.
  • Improve performance and responsiveness of existing UI components and pages.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, BI developers, and data engineers to ensure smooth integration between UI and data layers.
  • Translate business requirements into functional UI/UX designs with a focus on usability.
  • Conduct UI/UX testing, gather feedback, and iterate to improve user experience.
  • Ensure adherence to UI/UX standards, accessibility, and healthcare compliance (as applicable).
  • Optimize UI for scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks , Angular, or ).
  • Experience in performance tuning and debugging front-end applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems.
  • Experience working with teams using
    ETL tools (preferably SSIS)
    and
    Power BI
    .
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or data-driven environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with Git or similar version control tools.
  • Exposure to Power BI dashboard embedding or customization is a plus.
