Educational Background

  • Any Graduation or Engineering Degree (preferably in Computer Science)
  • MCA or equivalent relevant experience

Technical Skills

  • Front-End Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery
  • CSS Pre-processors: SASS, LESS
  • TypeScript and static type checking
  • Responsive Design: Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
  • CMS Experience: General CMS knowledge; SharePoint 2010/2013 is a plus

Design & UX Expertise

  • UI/UX design with 2-3 years of hands-on experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Adobe XD and Figma (portfolio preferred)
  • Color theory, graphic design, mockups, prototyping
  • Usability, accessibility, heuristic evaluation, user-centric design
  • Ability to convert static content into interactive experiences
