Role Description

In this full-time Premium Airlines Customer Service – Voice Process role, the candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional voice-based support to prestigious airline customers. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with flight bookings, cancellations, schedule changes, and other travel-related inquiries. Additional responsibilities may involve resolving complaints, escalating issues when necessary, and providing accurate information about travel policies and procedures. The position is based on-site at IGT's New Delhi location.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, specifically in customer service and empathy to address client concerns in a professional manner
  • Proficiency in handling voice-based support and managing customer queries efficiently
  • Ability to utilize problem-solving and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems, ticketing procedures, or travel industry practices would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service or related areas would be beneficial
