Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective voice coaching strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve vocal quality and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer interactions and provide feedback.
  • Create engaging content to promote positive work environment and team building activities.
  • Monitor employee progress and offer constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching and customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in voice coaching or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO operations and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with international teams and clients is an added advantage.
