The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, relationship building, and the wedding/events industry. You'll be the face of our company to clients and partners, handling enquiries, nurturing relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Whether you're a fresher with excellent communication skills or someone with up to 1 year of experience, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries from wedding planners, event managers, and direct clients.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest the best digital invite solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with the design & operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and client interactions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience:
    0–1 year in sales, business development, or client servicing (Freshers are welcome).
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Exposure to the wedding or events industry is a strong advantage.
  • Personality:
    Outgoing, proactive, confident, and client-focused.
  • Attitude:
    Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
