Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business avenues through market research, networking, and outreach activities.​
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients to drive sales and retain business.​
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.​
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients, articulating the value of company products or services.​
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote offerings and grow the company's network.​
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt strategies as needed.​
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, support) to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction.​
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track key sales performance metrics.​

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.​
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting sales targets.​
  • Strong market research and analytical abilities.​
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.​
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics software.​
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships and network effectively.​
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
