Key Responsibilities 1. Parent Counseling & Communication Handle inquiries from parents via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information about curriculum, pedagogy, facilities, and admission procedures. Counsel families to understand their child's needs and guide them through the preschool's offerings. Conduct school tours and presentations. 2. Admission Process Management Manage inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline and ensure follow-ups. Assist parents with application forms, documentation, and fee structure. Coordinate assessment or interaction sessions for children, if required. Maintain accurate student admission records. 3. Marketing & Outreach Support Support marketing activities like events, fairs, open houses, and parent workshops. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion. Provide feedback on trends and parent expectations. 4. Customer Experience & Relationship Building Ensure a warm, welcoming environment for prospective parents. Build trusting relationships with families to enhance enrollment and retention. Resolve queries and provide consistent after-admission support. 5. Administrative & Reporting Duties Maintain databases and daily reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with teaching and admin teams for smooth onboarding of new students. Uphold confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
