Sales In Charge - (North Kerala, Central Kerala, South Kerala)

The Sales In charge - Mobile Accessories, Smart phone, Bluetooth Speaker is responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service for mobile accessories in a retail store or sales environment. This role requires strong sales, communication, and leadership skills to manage a team of sales representatives and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets for mobile accessories, identify new sales opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.

  2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements

  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer queries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to management.

  5. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.

  6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new mobile accessories, features, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Degree

  2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field, preferably in mobile accessories.

  3. Skills:

  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  5. Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  7. Basic knowledge of mobile accessories and technology.

  8. Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or retail management are advantageous.

Work Schedule: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Salary and Benefits: The salary and benefits for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
