Position : Showroom Incharge

Salary range : 20000 - 25000

Location : Andaman (Island)

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in footwear or mobile sales

Working Hours: 8 AM to 9:00 PM

Probation Period: 3 months

1.Monitor and manage daily sales operations at the assigned location.

2.Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies

3.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

4.Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

5.Oversee stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.

6.Ensure proper product display to maximize customer attention

7.Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

8.Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

1.Proven sales experience of at least 2 years, preferably in mobile accessories and footwear.

2.Strong leadership and team management abilities.

3.Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
