
Business Development Executive

TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports. We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports. Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment.
We are seeking a BDE/ Telle caller who can generating new leads, contacting potential customers through phone calls, explaining product features, addressing inquiries, and ultimately persuading them to purchase a company's product or service, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and working towards achieving sales targets.
- Lead generation:Actively search for and identify potential new clients through cold calling, market research, and networking.
- Outbound calling:Making outbound calls to prospects to introduce the company's products or services, explaining features and benefits.
- Qualifying leads:Assessing potential customer needs and identifying qualified leads to pass on to the sales team.
- Sales presentations:Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations over the phone to generate interest.
- Handling objections:Addressing customer concerns and objections effectively to move them closer to a sale.
- Closing deals:Negotiating terms and conditions to secure sales and close deals over the phone.
- Customer relationship building:Maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to foster loyalty and potential repeat business.
- Data management:Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Reporting:Tracking sales performance, providing regular updates on lead generation and sales activity to the sales manager.
- Following up:Reaching out to leads and potential customers to ensure timely follow-up and address any queries.
