We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Integration to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative and excellent solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Design and develop scalable Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and security.
  • Build and consume web services (Rest, SOAP, OData) to integrate systems and enhance interoperability.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, applying data modeling techniques to optimize data storage and retrieval.
  • Incorporate software security principles into designs, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of client data.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understand cloud architecture patterns for efficient deployment.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar platforms to design and develop robust integration solutions.
  • Engage in technical discussions with clients, understanding their requirements and providing expert advice.
Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in software development, with a strong background in Java and scalable application development.
  • Proficiency in core Java and hands-on experience in building Java-based applications.
  • Deep understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and various architectural styles.
  • Expertise in web services (Rest, SOAP, OData) and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of software security principles and the ability to apply them in design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and an understanding of cloud architecture patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for efficient development and deployment.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire development teams.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying updated with industry trends.
