Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Build a pipeline of opportunity via digital transformation / Smart factory
  • Support Account Managers to position into qualified lead and increase the opportunity chance to close. Prioritization for short and mid term opportunity in order to recognize the sales revenue
  • Promote recurring business model with customer
  • Develop Business Expansion and go to market strategy together with sales
  • Order closure and meet the assigned target by the company
  • Drive pipeline growth through integrated promotional activities with the support from local and global team
  • Understand customer needs and strategies the approach in agile manner for faster return and revenue generation
  • Understand the decision maker, winning price and competition. And position services to win the competition
  • Conduct discovery workshop with support from global team
  • Build relationship with end user as business partner
  • Involve on technical and commercial Proposal to identify the scope, risk, T&C and pricing
  • Drive cross selling business with External as well as Yokogawa Business Partner
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Qualification and Experience:
  • Strong sales experience and ability to drive the meeting and showcase the solution value to the customers.
  • Strong consultative approach when talking to customer and ability to identify the customer challenges and propose the right solutions
  • Strong leadership of Digital Transformation to lead and guide customer business
  • Efficient communication skills
  • Ability to do solution demonstration and good sale presentation skillset.
  • Ability to strategize the sale strategy based on the solution which based on the priority of customer business operation.
  • Recurring Business Experience e.g SaaS including the pricing approach, market benchmark and growth model
  • Savvy communicator with negotiating skills, able to present and influence customer fluently.
  • Demonstrated experience with the entire Business Management Lifecycle
  • Highly multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learning agility.
  • Ability to thrive on fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Minimum 8 years experience on business development or sales
  • Must be willing and able to travel
  • Strong understanding of OT/IT
Competencies and Skills:
  • Korean language is must-have
  • Good communication skills, a team player, ability to energize
  • Knowledge of customer business (refinery, petrochemical, chemical) will be a plus
  • Practical and business mind-set with strong learning agility
  • Enjoy dynamic changes (start-up mode)
  • Patient and calm negotiator
  • Innovative and Creative thinking
  • Strong exposure to OT technology
  • Understanding of plant automation
  • Knowledge on Digital Transformation
