Overview We are seeking a Yardi Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Yardi ERP products. In this role, you will manage blueprint sessions with cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, analyze solutions, map business processes, and drive change management. The position involves hands-on data migration, end-user training, and close collaboration with stakeholders, including third-party vendors and IT teams, to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience with full lifecycle implementations of cloud-based enterprise solutions and a proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct blueprint sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and design solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transfer of information.
  • Lead end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support during and post-implementation.
  • Address change management needs, including training and communication for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project deliverables.
  • Present solutions and updates to management at various levels as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Yardi Consultants, Chartered Accountants, MBA Finance/Technology graduates, or Functional Consultants with experience in Yard systems.
  • Comprehensive functional knowledge of Yardi modules and data schema.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods, if required.
