The ideal candidates should demonstrate the following capabilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solutioning and configuring Zenoti or similar ERP SaaS platforms to align with customer business processes
  • Designing and executing POCs and pilot implementations for large or high-priority customers
  • Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
  • Strong expertise in data migration, data mapping, and validation
  • Ability to identify risks and proactively drive mitigation plans
  • Effective handling of customer issues and expectation management
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and adherence to defined processes
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–7 years of experience in software implementation projects
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of database systems
  • Ability to use scripts and tools for data transformation
  • Experience working with legacy system data structures and migration techniques
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/Web design (good to have)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects evaluation.
